Objective: It is necessary to delineate the relationship between crop yield and climatic and nutritional parameters in order to predict crop production. The current research was designed with the aim of suitable fertilizer recommendation and carried out according to the climatic conditions of the Lorestan area in two years, 2017-2018 and 2018-2019.Methods: The statistical model used was split-factorial plots in the form of a randomized complete block design with 3 replications. The main plot included: the type of planting (irrigated – Non- irrigated) and the sub plot included the date of planting (in three levels, October 25 (early), November 15 (optimum) and December 5 (late) for two type of cultivation and the type of nutrition (at two levels of biofertilizers: Nitroxin and NPK based on the soil test and integrated fertilization of chemical fertilizer + chemical NPK with Phosphorus biofertilizers). Results: Traits related to yield components, such as the number of spikes per square meter and the number of seeds per spike, were affected by the dual effects of planting date× type of cultivation and planting date × type of nutrition. The double effect of type of cultivation× type of nutrition was significant only for biological yield traits and the harvest index. The highest seed yield was observed under the conditions of irrigated cultivation, early planting date, and full chemical nutrition. This research demonstrated that employing a combination of NPK chemical treatment (at 50% of the soil test recommendation) and biofertilizers can effectively reduce the consumption of chemical fertilizers in both irrigated and rainfed agriculture for the Kohdasht variety of wheat. Additionally, implementing early planting dates alongside the use of biofertilizers can help address nutritional gaps, thereby enhancing growth and yield under conditions that involve a reduction in chemical fertilizer use for wheat crops. Conclusion: The results of the stepwise regression of the atmospheric parameters showed that there is a positive and significant regression relationship between the grain yield and the amount of GDD.

In order to study the effect of different irrigation regimes, and application of biological and chemical fertilizers on morphological characteristics, antioxidant enzyme activity, and sugar content of melon fruit cv. Ahlam, an experimental split-factorial plots has been done in a randomized complete block design with three replications in Khuonj County in 2018-19. The main factor has been irrigation at 3 levels including 50%, 75%, and 100% of water requirement, with the sub-factor including NPK chemical fertilizer at 0, 60, 120, and 180 kg/ha as well as non-application of Nitroxin biofertilizer along with application of 100% of the recommended amount. Results show that different irrigation regimes, different fertilizer treatments, and their interaction have had a significant effect on some of the studied traits. The combined application of chemical fertilizers with biofertilizers show a significant effect on the number of sub-branches, total plant weight, length and diameter of the most branch, total soluble solids (TSS), the quantity of xylose and fructose sugars and activity of catalase, superoxide dismutase, and peroxidase enzymes. The highest number of sub-branches and plant fresh weight, branch length and diameter are obtained in the chemical fertilizer treatment of 120, and 180 kg/ha with the utilization of Nitroxin fertilizer under 100% water stress. However, it has been observed that biofertilizers has had no significant effect on sugars and enzyme activity in fruit, so that the very best levels of catalase, superoxide dismutase, and peroxidase are obtained within the treatment of 50% of field capacity with 120 and 180 kg/ha of chemical fertilizer without using Nitroxin. In general, it can be concluded that the application of biofertilizers reduce the adverse effects of water stress and the application of chemical fertilizers with biofertilizers hasa significant impact on increasing the studied traits.

In order to study the effect of nitrogen fertilizer treatments on yield traits, essence percentage, and the amount of nitrogen in cumin stem and leaves under different irrigation regimens, an experiment has been conducted as split plot based on randomized complete block design with three replications in the 2016-2017 crop season at the Research Field of Agriculture Faculty, Shahed University, Tehran, Iran. In this experiment, the main plot is consisted of different irrigation regimes at three levels (no stress, mild stress or irrigation based on draining 40% of available water, and severe stress or irrigation based on draining 80% of available water) and the subplot includes four levels of nitrogen fertilizer treatments (100% and 50% fertilizer recommendation of nitrogen (urea), seed stained biofertilizer application (Nitroxin), and combination treatment of biofertilizer and 50% fertilizer recommendation nitrogen). The results show that increasing deficit irrigation at a mild level and, above that, at a severe level, while increasing the percentage of essence, has had a significant negative effect on yield and yield components, total chlorophyll, shoot nitrogen concentration, and essence yield. Application of combination nitrogen fertilizer (urea + Nitroxin) while increasing the yield and yield components of Cumin, increase the percentage and yield of essence, and shoot nitrogen concentration, generally causing the most desirable quantitative and qualitative yield of Cumin.

Due to the high requirement of alfalfa to water, research on the role of organic-biofertilizer and chemical fertilizers in adjustment of low irrigation stress is important, thus, this experiment was conducted as a factorial based on a randomized complete block design with three replications in Agricultural and Natural Resources Research of Khoy in two years (2015-2016). Experimental treatments included irrigation {irrigation at field capacity (control), irrigation at 80% and 60% field capacity} and various fertilizer resources at six level {Mycorrhiza, Nitroxin, Vermicompost, Chicken manure, NPK chemical fertilizer and treatment without fertilizer consumption (control)}. The results of combined analysis showed that irrigation treatment had a significant effect on forage yield, chlorophyll a, b and total chlorophyll, proline, carotenoids, soluble carbohydrates and peroxidase enzyme activity. Regarding the importance of forage production in alfalfa, the results showed that the plant treated with mycorrhiza biofertilizer under full irrigation condition had the similar forage yield as the application of chemical fertilizer, but in both low irrigation conditions, mycorrhiza increase the forage yield by 10.18% in comparison to chemical fertilizer application. Other fertilizer treatments showed different trends in irrigation levels in terms of effect on forage yield, so that under irrigation at 60% field capacity, vermicompost, chicken manure, chemical and control treatments were in a same statistical group. Therefore, considering the disadvantages of using chemical fertilizers, mycorrhiza which has ecological and environmental benefits, can be used in alfalfa cultivation.

In order to evaluate the effects of chemical, biological and nano fertilizers on the yield and quality traits (oil and protein) of sesame seeds under different irrigation regimes an experiment was conducted as a split-plot factorial based on completely randomized blocks design with three replications at Shahed University during 2015-2016 growing seasons. Irrigation withholding levels (full irrigation (control) and irrigation withholding at 65 and 75 BBCH (codes of phonological stages that are equivalent to 50% of flowering and seed ripening respectively) were assigned as main plot and different nitrogen combinations (nitroxin, urea, and a mix of 50% nitroxin plus urea), various combinations of potassium (not used, nano-potassium foliar application (2 per thousand), irrigated use of potassium dioxide (2 L ha−1) and soil application of nano-potassium (2 kg ha−1) were allocated in the subplots. The highest number of per-plant capsules (19.26 numbers) was observed with irrigation up to 50% seed ripening and the use of urea together with the potassium nano chelate foliar application. The greatest grain yield and protein content and yield were obtained in irrigation up to 50% seed ripening in the absence of potassium fertilizer and nitroxin usage (1340.5, 276.53 kg ha−1 and 5-20%, respectively). The oil yield was utmost in irrigation up to 50% flowering and foliar application of potassium nano chelate together with the mixed system of 50% urea fertilizer plus nitroxin with average values of 47.96% and 550.46 kg ha−1, respectively. The use of nitroxin as a nano-bio-fertilizer and foliar application of chelated nano potassium in irrigation withholding conditions up to 50% grain aggregation resulted in increased grain yield (approx. 15% compared to the control) as well as improved quality of sesame seeds.

In order to study the effects of salicylic acid levels and bio-fertilizers on the growth characteristics, essential oil yield and elements concentration of Rosmarinus officinalis, an experiment was conducted as factorial based on randomized complete block design with three replications at research farm of Gorgan University of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources, during growing season of 2015-16. The treatments were salicylic acid including three levels: (0, 5 and 10 mlg/l), two concentrations of bio-fertilizers (nitroxin, biophosphor) and four levels of irrigation regimes: (40, 60, 80 and 100 %The results showed that irrigation regimes had significant effect on shoot height, wet and dry weight, number of shoot, essential oil yield and Nitrogen and Phosphorus. Salicylicacid with 10 mlg/l had significant effect on all of traits and this effect was increased of salicylicacid. Nitroxin increased all of the traits except of P and salicylicacid was caused to decrease negative effects of low irrigation regimes. The highest of shoot height, plant wet and dry weight, shoot number, nitrogen and essential oil yield were obtained with nitroxin and 100percent FC irrigation regime and highest of essential oil yield and P were observed in 40percent FC irrigation regime. Also the highest amount of P was obtained with biophosphor and 100percent FC irrigation regimes. The results of this research showed that the using of bio-fertilizers and salicylic acid can be useful for reducing drought stress.

To evaluate effected of supplemental irrigation and seed priming on yield and some quantity and quality characteristics of vetch (Vicia dasycarpa) rainfed maragheh cultivar, an experiment was carried out at the Research Farm of Faculty Agriculture of Urmia University, West Azarbaijan province, Iran, during 2011. The experimental design was split-plot, laid out in Randomized Complete Block with three replicates. The main plots were without supplemental irrigation (I1), one times supplemental irrigation (I2), two times supplemental irrigation (I3) and three times supplemental irrigation (I4). The subplot included four levels of seed priming: Control (C), Water (W), Phosphate (P) and Nitroxin (N). Plant height, Pod number in stems, 1000-grain weight, biological yield (6.83 t/ha) and harvest index were influenced by the supplemental irrigation. Plant height, 1000-grain weight in second and third harvest and harvest index were influenced by seed priming. Maximum and minimum 1000-grain weight was observed in N (40.66g and 14.72) and C (37.05g and 10.36) seed priming, respectively. As a result, applying two times supplemental irrigation and seed treatment with phosphate and nitroxin had positive effects on quality and quantity yield of vetch.
