In order to evaluate the effect of soluble time and molybdenum nanoparticles by chemical and green chemistry on morph-physiological indices of mung bean, the present research has been conducted in a factorial experiment, in Randomized Complete Block Design (RCBD) with three replications at Agricultural Research Institute University of Zabol in 2017. The experiment includes 4 levels of treatments: (Molybdenum nanoparticles of plant origin, chemical origin, plant and chemical composition, and control), as the primary factor and spraying time in 2 levels (Step 4 leaf and Step 6 leaf) as the secondary one. The plant density of mung bean has been 33 plants/m2 with the irrigation being performed twice a week. The maximum plant height (47.5 cm), biological yield (5287 kg ha-1), economic yield (634kg ha-1), number of seeds in pod (8), carotenoid, and chlorophyll a and b occur from Step 4-6 and the application of mixed molybdenum nanoparticles. Results from the experiment show that the highest seed protein (40%) has been obtained from plant nanoparticles as well as the 4-leaf stage. Micronutrient can be an effective management solution for production of agricultural products. The results also show that the application of chemical and vegetable molybdenum nanoparticles at 6- leaf stage increase mung bean traits.

To assess the effects of bio-fertilizer and some of microelements on quantitative and qualitative characteristics of sorghum (var. Pegah), this experiment was conducted at the research farm of the University of Tehran (Karaj-Iran) in 2011. The experiment was arranged as split plot based on complete randomize design block with four replications. Two levels of mycorrhiza (inoculated and non-inoculated) and three levels of foliar application of iron (zero, four and eight per thousand) along with three levels of application of zinc (zero, three and six per thousand) were allocated to main and subplots respectivly. The results indicated that inoculation with mycorrhiza and application of micronutrients had positively significant effect on dry yield, plant height, shoot weight, leaf weight, crude protein, water soluble carbohydrates and ash (p<0.01) and reduced acid detergent fiber (p<0.05). However, foliar of Fe and Zn had no significant effects on root colonization. Also, investigated factors had no significant effects on number of leaves. The treatment of mycorrhiza and foliar application of the Fe and Zn in concentrations of four and three per thousand (respectively) produced the maximum of dry yield. This treatment increased yield by 40% compared with control. Based on the obtained results, treatment of myco-Fe4Z3 can be recommended for increasing yield and improving qualitative characteristics of forage sorghum (var. Pegah) in Karaj region.

In order to evaluate the effect of humic acid and Zn on the grape yield and mineral concentration, a factorial experiment was conducted based on a randomized complete block design with three replications. The study was done on 20 years old grapevines in the Farsan region from Chaharmahal and Bakhtiari province in 2013-2014. Each of the factors, humic acid and zinc sulfate, were applied in three levels zero, 0.1 and 0.2 weight percent, in two periods including before of flowering and two weeks after full bloom. Results showed humic acid, zinc sulfate and their interaction effects significantly affected on fruit yield, concentration of nitrogen, iron and zinc and also leaf chlorophyll content. The highest fruit yield (8.31 kg per shrub) and the lowest fruit yield (6.12 kg per shrub) obtained in humic acid 0.2 percent and control treatments, respectively. The highest leaf zinc element (49.1 mg per kg dry leaf) obtained in 0.2 present zinc sulfate. Also the results showed positive correlation between zinc concentration and some index such as fruit yield (r = 0.46), cluster weight (r = 0.45), total leaf chlorophyll (r = 0.53) and fruit TSS (r = 0.49). Based on these results, it seems to enhance the yield and improve the quality of grapes, spraying humic acid and zinc sulphate at a concentration of 0.2 percent each to be useful.

The aim of this research was to evaluate the average concentrations of micronutrients including: Copper (Cu), Iron (Fe), Manganese (Mn) and Zinc (Zn) in the shoots of different cultivars of wheat in stem elongation stage in a soil contaminated with cadmium (Cd). The treatments consisted of three levels of Cd (0 (as control, Cd0), 40 (Cd40) and 80 (Cd80) mg Cd/kg soil) and fourteen different cultivars of wheat (‘Bahar’, ‘Alvand’, ‘Niknezhad’, ‘Pishtaz’, ‘Azadi’, ‘Shahriyar’, ‘Pishgam’, ‘Marvdasht’, ‘Parsi’, ‘Sivand’, ‘Shiraz’, ‘Omid’, ‘Roshan’ and ‘Navid’), respectively. The results showed the effect of Cd on concentrations of micronutrients were highly significant. Cu concentration was decreased in shoot of all studied cultivars, as levels of Cd were increased. Except two cultivars (‘Pishgam’ and ‘Omid’) which showed an increase in Fe concentration in Cd40 comparing with control, Fe concentration was decreased in other cultivars. Most and least Cd concentration in Cd40 was recorded by Niknezhad (7 mg/kg DW) and Parsi (2 mg/kg DW), respectively. Also, most and least Cd concentration in Cd80 was observed in ‘Pishgam’ (20 mg/kg DW) and ‘Navid’ (6 mg/kg DW). Generally, ‘Niknezhad’ and ‘Pishgam’ had the highest reliability of cadmium uptake. Also the lowest reliability of cadmium uptake was observed about ‘Parsi’ and ‘Navid’.

The types of scion-rootstock compound and level of salinity affect on growth characteristics and concentration of nutrition elements of almond leaves and roots. In order to evaluate the effect of salinity stress on vegetative traits and concentration of nutrition elements of leaves and roots almond genotypes, a experiment was carried out with two factors; cultivar in four levels including ‘Shahrood 12’, ‘Touno’, ‘1-16’ budded on GF677 rootstock and GF677 and water salinity in five levels including zero, 1.2, 2.4, 3.6 and 4.8 g/l of sodium chloride salt (with the electrical conductivity of 0.5, 2.5, 4.9, 7.3 and 9.8 ds/m, respectively). The result showed that with increasing salinity concentration, branch height, branch diameter, and number of produced leaves and percentage of green leaves have been reduced but percentage of necrotic leaves and percentage of downfall leave were increased. The result showed that in the total genotypes studied, the highest rate of Na+ (2.12%), Cl- (4.94%), ratio Na+/K+ (2.03%), ratio Na+/Ca++ (1.92%), ratio Na+/Mg++ (6.81%), ratio Na+/P (14.07%), and the lowest rate of Ca++ (1.06%), Mg++ (0.33%), P (0.146%), Zn++ (32.7 ppm), Cu++ (9.33 ppm), in leaves was observed in treatment 9.8 ds/m of NaCl. The result showed that type of scion was affected in obstruction of Na+ absorption by the roots and their transported to leaves. In the total level of salinity studied, ‘Shahrood 12’ was the lowest rate of Na+, Cl-, ratio Na+/K+, ratio Na+/Ca++, ratio Na+/Mg++, ratio Na+/P and the highest ratio Cl-/ Na+. Also, this cultivar can tolerate high level of salinity (7.3 ds/m), by increasing content of K+ (1.65%),Cu++ (9.62 ppm), Fe++ (22.30 ppm), Zn++ (50.45 ppm) more than other genotypes studied in this research, to deal with the devastating effects of Na+. Overall, ‘Shahrood 12’ was recognized as the most tolerant cultivar to salinity stress.

In order to evaluate the seed yield and qualitative traits and oil in some winter rapeseed (Brassica napus L.) varieties as affected by micronutrient elements, this experiment was performed during 2011 - 2012 cropping seasons as split plot arrangement in randomized complete block design with three replications, in Arak, Iran. Micronutrient fertilizers including of Zero as check, Fe, Zn, Mn, Fe + Zn, Fe + Mn, Zn + Mn, Fe + Zn + Mn as main plot and rapeseed varieties including of Zarfam, Okapi, Modena and Licord as sub plot, comprised the experimental factors. The results showed that Okapi variety had the highest seed yield as affected by check (4194 kg/ha) and Zn + Mn (4011 kg/ha) treatments, respectively. In this research, Licord variety showed the highest seed content of Zinc at check and Fe + Mn treatments. The greatest seed content of copper obtained in Modena variety and Fe + Zn treatment. The greatest seed content of iron was shown in Modena vatiety, Fe and Fe + Zn treatments. Also, the highest seed content of manganese obtained in Modena variety and Zn + Mn treatment. In general, Zn + Mn treatment increased seed yield and oleic acid in Okapi variety. Hence, these treatments could be recommendable in Arak region and similar agroclimatic conditions.
