اثر محلول پاشی کلسیم، روی، بور و زمان برداشت بر فعالیت آنزیم پلی فنل اکسیداز در میوه دو رقم گلابی آسیایی در زمان انبارداری
اثر محلول پاشی با عناصر کلسیم، روی و بور (غلظت پنج گرم در لیتر) و مخلوط آن ها و همچنین دو تاریخ برداشت (20 مرداد و پنج شهریور ماه سال 1385) بر بازدارندگی فعالیت آنزیم پلی فنل اکسیداز در زمان برداشت و در طول دوره انبارداری دو رقم گلابی آسیایی به نام های ‘KS9’ و ‘KS13’ در باغ تحقیقاتی دانشگاه تربیت مدرس بررسی شد. نتایج نشان داد فعالیت آنزیم پلی فنل اکسیداز از زمان برداشت تا سه ماه پس از برداشت افزایش و سپس کاهش یافت. در میوه های تیمار شده با عناصر غذایی، فعالیت پلی فنل اکسیداز هر دو رقم گلابی در زمان برداشت و انبارداری به طور معنی داری کمتر از میوه های شاهد بود (01/0 P<). فعالیت آنزیم در زمان برداشت (20 مرداد ماه) در میوه های ارقام ‘KS9’ و ‘KS13’ به ترتیب 256 (شاهد)، 212 (کلسیم)، 163 (روی)، 171 (بور) و 112 (مخلوط سه عنصر) و همچنین 286 (شاهد)، 240 (کلسیم)، 184 (روی)، 193 (بور) و 136 (مخلوط سه عنصر) واحد آنزیم در دقیقه در 100 گرم وزن تر میوه بود. فعالیت پلی فنل اکسیداز در میوه های زود برداشت شده (در تاریخ 20 مرداد) از زمان برداشت تا پایان دوره انبارداری کمتر از میوه های دیر برداشت شده (در تاریخ پنج شهریور) بود. باتوجه به این نتایج محلول پاشی با مخلوط کلسیم، روی و بور و برداشت زودهنگام میوه بر کاهش عارضه قهوهای شدن داخلی و افزایش عمر انباری میوه مؤثر است.

بررسی اثر دما و غلظت GR60 بر جوانهزنی بذر دو گونه گلجالیز و رشد آن ها در حضور گوجهفرنگی و توتون
به منظور بررسی تأثیر دمای محیط و غلظت GR60 بر جوانهزنی بذر دو گونه گلجالیز و رشد آنها در حضور میزبانهای گوجهفرنگی و توتون، دو آزمایش مجزا در شرایط کنترلشده در بخش تحقیقات علف های هرز موسسه گیاهپزشکی کشور در سال 1387 انجام شد. در آزمایش اول سه عاملی غلظت GR60 در چهار سطح صفر، یک، دو و پنج قسمت در میلیون، گونه دو گلجالیز Orobanche aegyptiaca و Orobanche cernua و سه دمای مختلف محیط 10، 20 و 30 درجه سانتیگراد در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با پنج تکرار و با ساختار فاکتوریل اجرا شد. در آزمایش دوم تأثیر سه دمای 15، 20 و 30 درجه سانتیگراد بر رشد گوجهفرنگی و توتون تحت آلودگی O. aegyptiaca، O. cernua و شاهد بدون گلجالیز مورد بررسی قرار گرفت. نتایج نشان داد که GR60 قادر به تحریک جوانهزنی بذور هر دو گونه گلجالیز بود و با افزایش دمای محیط تا 20 درجه سانتیگراد جوانهزنی بذر انگل روند رو به افزایشی نشان داد. گونه O. cernua در مقایسه با گونه O. aegyptiacaبرای حداکثر جوانهزنی بذر به غلظت کمتری از GR60 نیاز داشت. با افزایش دمای محیط، وزن خشک ساقه هر دو گونه انگل افزایش و سپس کاهش نشان داد. آلودگی بوتههای گوجهفرنگی و توتون به گلجالیز، سبب افزایش ارتفاع و کاهش وزن خشک این دو گیاه شد.

بررسی اثر غنی سازی دی اکسیدکربن بر آناتومی برگ گیاهان جعفری، ابری و رعنا زیبا
به منظور مطالعه اثر غلظت های بالای دی اکسیدکربن روی سه نوع گیاه زینتی با تیپ های مورفولوژیکی متفاوت از تیره کاسنی شامل جعفری (برگ های مرکب)، ابری (برگ های متقابل) و رعنا زیبا (برگ های روزته)، آزمایشی در قالب فاکتوریل بر پایه طرح کاملاً تصادفی با سه تکرار در دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد در سال1387 انجام گرفت. در این آزمایش، شش صفت آناتومیکی (تراکم روزنه، تراکم سلول های اپیدرمی، طول روزنه, طول و عرض سلول های محافظ و شاخص روزنه) بر روی گیاهان موردنظر، ارزیابی گردید. نتایج نشان داد که تقریباً تمام صفات مورد مطالعه تحت تأثیر دی اکسیدکربن (350، 700، 1050 و 1400 پی پی ام)، نوع گیاه و اثرات متقابل آنها قرار گرفت. غلظت 700 میکرولیتر بر لیتر دی اکسیدکربن باعث افزایش تراکم روزنه، تراکم سلول های اپیدرمی، طول روزنه و طول سلول های محافظ در گیاهان مورد مطالعه گردید. این نتایج همچنین نشان داد که بیشترین میانگین تراکم روزنه، تراکم سلول های اپیدرمی و شاخص روزنه مربوط به گیاه جعفری با برگ های مرکب بود، اما بیشترین میانگین طول روزنه مربوط به گیاه ابری با برگ های متقابل و بیشترین میانگین طول و عرض سلول های محافظ در گیاه رعنا زیبا با برگ های روزته مشاهده گردید.

کاهش اثرات ناشی از تنش خشکی بر عملکرد و اجزای عملکرد ذرت دانه ای با استفاده از ترکیب کودهای زیستی و فسفر
به منظور بررسی اثرات جداگانه و ترکیبی کودهای فسفاته، باکتری های حل کننده فسفات و قارچ مایکوریزا بر کاهش خسارات ناشی از تنش خشکی در مرحله رشد رویشی ذرت دانه ای هیبرید سینگل کراس 704 آزمایشی در سال 1388 در مزرعه تحقیقاتی پردیس ابوریحان دانشگاه تهران به صورت کرت های خرد شده و در قالب طرح بلوک های کامل تصادفی با دو فاکتور به اجرا در آمد. فاکتورهای آزمایش شامل تنش خشکی به عنوان فاکتور اصلی (50، 100 و 150 میلی متر تبخیر از تشتک تبخیر کلاس A) و ترکیبات مختلف کودهای زیستی و شیمیایی به عنوان فاکتور فرعی بودند. نتایج نشان داد که تأثیر خشکی و همچنین تیمارهای مختلف کود بر صفات تعداد دانه در ردیف بلال، وزن بلال و عملکرد دانه بسیار معنی دار بود. همچنین تعداد ردیف دانه در بلال، تعداد دانه در ردیف بلال، وزن 1000 دانه و عملکرد دانه در تیمارهای تلقیح با ترکیب کودی باکتری های حل کننده فسفر، قارچ مایکوریزا و 50 درصد سوپرفسفات تریپل تحت شرایط کم آبیاری بالاتر از سایر تیمارها قرار گرفتند. عملکرد دانه ذرت در مورد تیمار کود شیمیایی سوپرفسفات تریپل تحت شرایط تنش شدید کم آبی (t/ha81/1) به طور معنی داری پایین تر از شرایط بدون تنش (t/ha 38/8) و شرایط تنش آبی خفیف (t/ha 98/4) بود. تیمار بذور با ترکیب کودی باکتری های حل کننده فسفر، قارچ مایکوریزا و 50 درصد سوپرفسفات تریپل توانست با تأثیر مثبت بر عملکرد دانه باعث افزایش شاخص برداشت در گیاه ذرت گردد.

تأثیر پیش تیمار بذور بر خصوصیات رویشی و زایشی ارقام گندم
کشت دیرهنگام و کمبود نزولات آسمانی از مشکلات زراعت گندم در استان آذربایجان غربی به شمار میرود. بدین منظور آزمایشی جهت ارزیابی اثرات پیش تیمار بذر تحت شرایط آزمایشگاهی، گلخانه ای و مزرعه ای طی سال های 6-1385 اجرا شد. آزمایش به صورت فاکتوریل که در آن ارقام زرین، شهریار، سرداری و آذر به عنوان فاکتور اول و پیش تیمارهای بذور شامل آب مقطر، پلی اتیلن گلیکول 10 درصد، کلرید پتاسیم 5/2 درصد، اوره 10 درصد، ریزمغذی چهار درصد، سایکوسل و اکسین به غلظت های 1000 و 20 قسمت در میلیون و عدم پیش تیمار به عنوان فاکتور دوم تیمارهای آزمایشی را تشکیل دادند. بیشترین مقدار آب جذب شده مربوط به رقم شهریار با پیش تیمار آب مقطر بود. پیش تیمار تنظیم کننده های رشد اکسین و سایکوسل افزایش وزن بذر بیشتری داشتند. تجزیه واریانس صفات نشان داد که طول ساقچه و ریشچه و وزن خشک آنها، محتوی کلروفیل، میزان نیتروژن، عملکرد دانه و اجزای آن، ماده خشک کل و ارتفاع بوته اختلاف آماری معنی داری حداقل در سطح احتمال پنج درصد داشتند. کلیه پیش تیمارها در چهار رقم نسبت به شاهد از میزان جذب نیتروژن، عملکرد دانه و اجزای عملکرد بیشتری برخوردار بودند. پیش تیمار سایکوسل از بالاترین طول و وزن خشک ریشچه و ساقچه، عملکرد دانه و کمترین ارتفاع بوته برخوردار بود. در مقابل، پیش تیمار اوره برای صفات مرتبط با جوانه زنی تأثیر منفی داشت.

بررسی تأثیر تنش خشکی پایان دوره رشد بر عملکرد کمی و کیفی ارقام کلزا
برای بررسی تاثیر تنش خشکی در مراحل پایانی رشد بر عملکرد ارقام کلزا در سال های زراعی 85-1384، یک آزمایش به صورت کرت های خرد شده در قالب طرح پایه بلوک های کامل تصادفی با چهار تکرار در مزرعه پژوهشی مؤسسه تحقیقات اصلاح و تهیه نهال و بذر کرج اجرا شد. اثر آبیاری به عنوان عامل اصلی در دو سطح آبیاری معمول به عنوان شاهد (براساس ?? میلی متر تبخیر از تشتک کلاس A) و تنش خشکی (قطع آبیاری از مرحله خورجین دهی به بعد) و ?? رقم کلزا به عنوان عامل فرعی در نظر گرفته شدند. تعداد خورجین در ساقه اصلی و شاخه های فرعی، نسبت باروری خورجین و عملکرد دانه در تیمار تنش خشکی کمتر بودند (05/0 P<). تفاوت ارقام مورد آزمون از نظر صفات مورد بررسی معنی دار بود. عملکرد دانه در تیمار تنش خشکی حدود 30 درصد کمتر بود که بیشتر ناشی از ریزش خورجین ها در شرایط تنش بود. در تیمار آبیاری مطلوب، عملکرد دانه در رقم Orient بیشترین مقدار (2817 کیلوگرم در هکتار) و در تیمار تنش خشکی بالاترین عملکرد دانه مربوط به رقم Opera (2058 کیلوگرم در هکتار) بود. کمترین درصد روغن (8/39) و بیشترین درصد پروتئین (3/23) مربوط به رقم Talaye بود، درحالی که بیشترین درصد روغن (6/42) مربوط به رقم Option500 بود.

عوامل مؤثر بر بهبود جوانه زنی رویان های بدنی گردوی ایرانی و تبدیل آن ها به گیاهک
رویان های خوب نمو یافته یک لاین رویان زای حاصل از لپه های نابالغ گردو که بر روی محیط کشت بلوغ (دارای 3/0 درصد ژلرایت و دو میلی گرم بر لیتر آبسزیک اسید) رشد کرده بودند، انتخاب شدند. رویان های بدنی در معرض پیش تیمارهای سرما (به مدت یک ماه در تاریکی در دمای ?C4-3)، روشهای مختلف خشک کردن و ترکیبی از این دو تیمار قرار گرفتند. این آزمایش براساس طرح کاملاً تصادفی و در آزمایشگاه کشت بافت گروه باغبانی پردیس ابوریحان، دانشگاه تهران در سال 1386 انجام گرفت. بعد از گذشت سه هفته، رویان های بدنی جوانه زده از پیش تیمار سرما توأم با خشک کردن انتخاب و برای رشد و نمو بیشتر، به شش محیط کشت DKW دارای مقادیر مختلف سوکروز، زغال فعال و غلظت های مختلف عناصر ماکرو انتقال داده شدند. میزان رشد گیاهک ها بعد از چهار هفته ارزیابی شد. فقط 26 درصد رویان های بدنی نمو یافته فاقد پیش تیمار دارای ریشه و ساقه بودند، ولی 54 درصد رویان هایی که پیش تیمار سرما دریافت کرده بودند، به گیاهک تبدیل شدند. در تیمار خشک کردن به صورت سریع، آهسته و کامل به ترتیب 27، 37 و 57 درصد رویان های بدنی جوانه زده دارای ریشه و هم ساقه بودند. تیمار نگهداری در سرما در ترکیب با خشک کردن کامل سبب بالا بردن درصد جوانه زنی رویان های بدنی تا 73 درصد شد. افزودن زغال فعال و غلظت سوکروز همچنین کاهش غلظت عناصر پرمصرف و کم مصرف اثر معنی داری روی رشد طولی ساقه نداشتند، ولی اثر چشم گیری روی رشد ریشه داشتند. بالاترین طول ریشه در محیط کشت پایه ½ DKW با 5/0 درصد سوکروز و یک درصد زغال فعال مشاهده شد.
