The aim of the first experiment was to compare the conventional soil incubation with seed-coating incubation, and the second experiment was to assess the growth of maize incubated with mycorrhizal fungi and plant growth-promoting rhizobacteria through seed-coating at three treatment levels of Hoagland nutrient solution (Control, 80 and 100 volumetric percentage of Hoagland solution). In both experiments, at 70 days after seed-coating, one gram of maize roots and soil attached to it were sampled and DNA was extracted from the maize rhizosphere. In the first experiment, there was no significant difference between the conventional soil incubation and seed-coating incubation according to the dry weight of stems and roots, roots’ longitudinal colonization percentage, arboscol abundance, vesicles abundance, and elements concentration. In the second experiment and under full fertilizing conditions, mycorrhizal incubation showed a significant increase in concentrations of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, and zinc (18.1, 3.5, 56, and 46.0 mg/kg, respectively) compared to the control (12.6, 3.1, 39.6, and 24.4 mg/kg, respectively), and the bacterial incubation showed a significant increase for magnesium, zinc, and manganese (2.0, 42.6, and 145 mg/kg, respectively) compared to the control (1.0, 24.4, and 60 mg/kg, respectively).}, keywords = {Biological fertilizers,nutrition elements,Phosphorus,seed coating,Symbiosis}, title_fa = {تأثیر روش مایه‌کوبی بذر ذرت با قارچ میکوریزای آربوسکولار و ریزوباکتری در شرایط کوددهی مختلف}, abstract_fa = {به منظور بررسی تأثیر مایه‌کوبی قارچ میکوریزای آربوسکولار (Rhizophagus irigularis) و ریزوباکتری‌ (Pseudomonas fluorescens) بر ذرت در شرایط مختلف کوددهی، آزمایشی به صورت گلخانه‌ای در منطقه جلین گرگان در سال 1397 طی دو آزمایش جداگانه انجام شد. هدف از آزمایش اول مقایسه‌ی مایه‌کوبی مرسوم خاک با مایه‌کوبی بذرمال و هدف از آزمایش دوم نیز ارزیابی رشد ذرت مایه‌کوبی شده با قارچ میکوریزا و ریزوباکتری‌های محرک رشد گیاه از طریق بذرمال در سه سطح تیمار با محلول غذایی هوگلند (شاهد، 80 و 100 درصد حجمی محلول هوگلند) بود. در هر دو آزمایش، 70 روز پس از تلقیح بذر، یک گرم از ریشه‌های ذرت و خاک چسبیده به آن نمونه برداری شده و استخراج DNA موجود در ریزوسفر ذرت انجام شد. در آزمایش اول اختلاف معنی‌داری بین مایه‌کوبی مرسوم خاک با مایه‌کوبی بذرمال از نظر وزن خشک ساقه و ریشه، درصد کلونیزاسیون طولی ریشه، فراوانی آربوسکول، فراوانی وزیکول و غلظت عناصر مشاهده نشد. در آزمایش دوم و در شرایط کوددهی کامل، مایه‌کوبی توسط قارچ، باعث افزایش معنی‌دار غلظت‌ نیتروژن، فسفر، پتاسیم و روی (به ترتیب 1/18، 5/3، 56 و 0/46 میلی‌گرم بر کیلوگرم) نسبت به تیمار شاهد (به ترتیب 6/12، 1/3، 6/39 و 4/24 میلی‌گرم بر کیلوگرم) و روش مایه‌کوبی بذرمال باکتری باعث افزایش معنی‌دار منیزیوم، روی و منگنز (به ترتیب 0/2، 6/42 و 145 میلی‌گرم بر کیلوگرم) نسبت به تیمار شاهد شد (به ترتیب 0/1، 4/24 و 60 میلی‌گرم بر کیلوگرم).}, keywords_fa = {بذرمال,عناصر مغذی,فسفر,کودهای زیستی,همزیستی}, url = {https://jci.ut.ac.ir/article_89675.html}, eprint = {https://jci.ut.ac.ir/article_89675_2292f4ba9fd5f66725b2af77b6503c84.pdf} }
