In order to study the effects of these elements on pod yield and concentration of nutrients in bean, a factorial pot experiment was conducted in 2016 in greenhouse conditions at University of Zanjan, using a CRD with three replications. The experimental factors consisted of four levels of N (50, 100, 150, and 200 mg/l), three levels of Mo (0.067, 0.2, and 0.6 mg/l), and Co (0.006, 0.06, and 0.3 mg/l). The results showed that the highest dry weight of pods was obtained from treatment of N100Mo0.2Co0.06 which was 34.05 g/pot and had no significant difference with N150Mo0.6Co0.06 treatment. The application of different levels of factors increased the concentrations of N, P, and Mg in bean leaves in treatments of N200Mo0.6Co0.3, N200Mo0.6Co0.006, and N150Mo0.6Co0.3 and the highest increase in concentrations of mentioned elements were 6.94, 0.91, and 0.41% respectively. However, the concentrations of K and Ca decreased as a result of the application of the factors. The highest concentrations of Fe, Mn, Cu, Mo, and Co bean were measured in treatments of N200Mo0.6Co0.006, N150Mo0.2Co0.006, N200Mo0.6Co0.3, N150Mo0.6Co0.3, and N150Mo0.067Co0.006 which were 490, 185.4, 8.26, 284.5, and 54.9 mg/kg, respectively. Overall, according to the results, N100Mo0.2Co0.06 is recommended for bean.}, keywords = {concentration,Copper,Iron,manganese,Nutrient Solution,Phosphorus}, title_fa = {تأثیر کاربرد نیتروژن، مولیبدن و کبالت ‎ بر عملکرد غلاف و محتوای عناصر غذایی برگ لوبیا چیتی (Phaseolus vulgaris L.)}, abstract_fa = {عناصری مانند نیتروژن، مولیبدن و کبالت جهت ارتقاء کمیت و کیفیت لوبیا چیتی نیاز هست. به‎منظور بررسی تأثیر کاربرد این عناصر بر عملکرد غلاف و غلظت عناصر غذایی برگ لوبیا چیتی، آزمایشی گلدانی به‎صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با 36 تیمار و سه تکرار در سال 1395 در گلخانه دانشگاه زنجان اجرا گردید. فاکتورهای آزمایش شامل چهار سطح نیتروژن (50، 100، 150 و mg/l 200)، سه سطح مولیبدن (067/0، 2/0 و mg/l 6/0) و سه سطح کبالت (006/0، 06/0 و mg/l 3/0) بودند. نتایج نشان داد که بیش‎ترین وزن خشک غلاف در تیمار N100Mo0.2Co0.06 به‎مقدار(g/pot) 05/34 به‎دست آمد که فاقد اختلاف معنی‎دار با تیمار N150Mo0.6Co0.06 بود (p≤0.01). کاربرد سطوح مختلف فاکتورها توانست غلظت نیتروژن، فسفر و منیزیم را در برگ لوبیا چیتی در تیمارهای N200Mo0.6Co0.3، N200Mo0.6Co0.006 و N150Mo0.6Co0.3 افزایش دهد و بیش‎ترین غلظت عناصر مذکور به‎ترتیب به‎میزان 94/6، 91/0 و 41/0 درصد بود، ولی با افزایش سطوح فاکتورهای مورد آزمایش، غلظت پتاسیم و کلسیم کاهش یافت. بیش‎ترین غلظت آهن، منگنز، مس، مولیبدن و کبالت در تیمارهای N200Mo0.6Co0.006، N150Mo0.2Co0.006، N200Mo0.6Co0.3، N150Mo0.6Co0.3 و N150Mo0.067Co0.006 به‎ترتیب به‎میزان 490، 4/185، 26/8، 5/284 و mg/kg 9/54 به‎دست آمد (p≤0.01). در کل با توجه به نتایج، تیمار N100Mo0.2Co0.06 برای لوبیا چیتی توصیه می‎گردد.}, keywords_fa = {آهن,غلظت,فسفر,محلول غذایی,مس,منگنز}, url = {https://jci.ut.ac.ir/article_75125.html}, eprint = {https://jci.ut.ac.ir/article_75125_717b355f331239b5856c5171a2f91b90.pdf} }
