The main plot consisted of irrigation at three levels based on the evaporation from class A evaporation pan: non water deficit stress (60 mm evaporation), mild water deficit stress (120 mm evaporation) and severe water deficit stress (180 mm evaporation) and subplots consisted of two factors include safflower cultivars (Goldasht, Sina and Soffeh) and seed priming (Primed seeds with salicylic acid and non-primed). The results showed that severe water stress reduced the grain yield by about 29 percent compared to non stress conditions. In these conditions activity of superoxide dismutase, peroxidase, ascorbate peroxidase and catalase enzymes was increased by about 33, 25, 29 and 40 percent respectively. In severe water deficit conditions, content of malondialdehyde, proline and carotenoid significantly increased but the amount of chlorophyll was reduced. Priming of seeds with salicylic acid caused the antioxidant defense system activity to be increased by about 7-9 percent, therefore increased resistance of safflower plants to water stress and resulted in greater seed yield under water stress conditions. Interaction of irrigation and cultivar appeared to be significant on seed yield and activity of catalase, peroxidase and ascorbate peroxidase enzymes.}, keywords = {Antioxidant,Chlorophyll,Malondialdehyde,proline,Salicylic Acid}, title_fa = {کاهش اثرات تنش کمبود آب در ارقام گلرنگ با استفاده از پرایمینگ بذر}, abstract_fa = {ﺑﻪ‌ﻣﻨﻈﻮر ارزیابی استفاده از پرایمینگ بذر جهت کاهش اثرات تنش کمبود آب در ارقام گلرنگ، آزمایشی به‌صورت اسپلیت پلات فاکتوریل بر پایه طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در سال 1394 در مرکز تحقیقات کشاورزی شاهرود اجرا گردید. کرت اصلی شامل آبیاری در سه سطح بر اساس میزان تبخیر از تشتک تبخیرکلاس A شامل: عدم تنش کم‌آبی (60 میلی‌متر تبخیر)، تنش کم‌آبی ملایم (120 میلی‌متر تبخیر) و تنش کم‌آبی شدید (180 میلی‌متر تبخیر) و کرت فرعی ترکیبی از دو فاکتور ارقام گلرنگ(گلدشت، سینا و صفه) و پرایمینگ بذر (بذور تیمار شده با اسید‌سالیسیلیک و بذور شاهد) بود. ﻧﺘﺎﻳﺞ ﻧﺸﺎن داد ﻛﻪ تنش آبی شدید موجب کاهش 29 درصدی عملکرد دانه نسبت به شرایط نرمال شد که در این شرایط به ترتیب 33، 25، 29 و 40 درصد بر فعالیت آنزیم‌های سوپراکسیددیسموتاز، پراکسیداز، آسکوربات پراکسیداز و کاتالاز افزوده شد و محتوای مالون دی آلدئید، پرولین و کارتنوئید افزایش معنی‌داری یافت ولی از میزان کلروفیل کاسته شد. براساس نتایج حاصل از آزمایش پرایمینگ بذر با اسید سالیسیلیک، با افزایش هفت تا نه درصدی فعالیت سیستم دفاع آنتی اکسیدانی آنزیمی و افزایش مقاومت گیاهان در برابر تنش کم‌آبی موجب بهبود عملکرد دانه در شرایط تنش گردید. برهمکنش آبیاری و رقم تاثیر معنی‌داری بر عملکرد دانه و فعالیت آنزیم‌های کاتالاز، پراکسیداز و آسکوربات پراکسیداز داشت.}, keywords_fa = {Antioxidant,Chlorophyll,Malondialdehyde,proline,Salicylic Acid}, url = {https://jci.ut.ac.ir/article_67167.html}, eprint = {https://jci.ut.ac.ir/article_67167_c847a88439d79beb1cd7c3489fa2bfd7.pdf} }
