In order to evaluate the effect of salinity stress on biochemical reactions of almond genotypes, a experiment was carried out with 2 factors; cultivar in 4 levels including Shahrood 12, Touno, 1- 16 budded on GF677 rootstock and GF677 and water salinity in five levels including 0, 1.2, 2.4, 3.6 and 4.8 g/l of sodium chloride salt (that electrical conductivity equal to 0.5, 2.5, 4.9, 7.3 and 9.8 ds/m, respectively). The result showed that in the total genotypes studied, with increasing salinity concentration to treatment 4.8 gr/lit, were increased content of hydrogen peroxide, malondialdehyde, others aldehyde. Also, content of total phenolics, antioxidant capacity, soluble carbohydrate, prolin, total soluble proteins, enzymes activity of catalase, ghayacol peroxidase and ascorbat peroxidase in the total genotypes studied, in begging, with increasing salinity concentration, were increased but with more increasing salinity concentration, those contents were reduced. Overall, the highest content of total soluble proteins, enzymes activity of catalase, ghayacol peroxidase and ascorbat peroxidase in level of salinity 3.6 gr/lit and the highest content of total phenolics, antioxidant capacity, soluble carbohydrate and prolin in level of salinity 4.8 gr/lit and lowest content of hydrogen peroxide, malondialdehyde, others aldehyde and total non-soluble carbohydrate in levels of salinity 3.6 and 4.8 gr/lit were observed in ‘Shahrood 12’ cultivar. Overall, of between total genotypes studied, Shahrood 12’ was recognized as the most tolerant cultivar to salinity stress.}, keywords = {almond,Salinity stress,Prolin,Soluble and not-soluble carbohydrate,Enzyme activity}, title_fa = {ارزیابی واکنش‌های بیوشیمیایی رقم‌های بادام ’شاهرود 12‘، ’تونو‘ و ژنوتیپ ’16-1‘ پیوند شده روی پایه GF677 تحت تنش شوری}, abstract_fa = {ترکیب پایه و پیوندک و سطح شوری می‌تواند واکنش‌های بیوشیمیایی بادام را در شرایط تنش شوری تحت تأثیر قرار دهد. به منظور ارزیابی اثر تنش شوری بر تغییرات بیوشیمیایی تعدادی از ژنوتیپ‌های بادام، آزمایشی با دو عامل ژنوتیپ در 4 سطح (’شاهرود 12‘، ’تونو‘ و ژنوتیپ’16-1‘ پیوند شده روی پایه GF677 و پایه GF677 (بدون پیوند)) و شوری آب آبیاری در پنج سطح (غلظت‌های 0، 2/1، 4/2، 6/3 و 8/4 گرم در لیتر کلرید سدیم به ترتیب با هدایت الکتریکی 5/0، 5/2، 9/4، 3/7 و 8/9 دسی‌زیمنس بر متر)، انجام شد. نتایج نشان داد، محتوی پراکسید هیدروژن، مالون دی‌آلدئید و سایر آلدئیدها، با افزایش غلظت نمک تا سطح شوری 8/4 گرم در لیتر در تمامی ژنوتیپ‌های مطالعه شده، افزایش یافتند. محتوی فنل کل، ظرفیت آنتی اکسیدانی، قندهای محلول، پرولین، پروتئین محلول کل، فعالیت آنزیم‌های کاتالاز، گایاکول پراکسیداز و آسکوربات پراکسیداز در تمامی ژنوتیپ‌های مطالعه شده، ابتدا با افزایش غلظت نمک، افزایش و سپس با افزایش بیشتر سطح شوری، مقدار آن‌ها کاهش یافت. در مجموع، بیشترین محتوی پروتئین محلول کل، فعالیت آنزیم‌های کاتالاز، گایاکول پراکسیداز و آسکوربات پراکسیداز در سطح شوری 6/3 گرم در لیتر و بیشترین محتوی فنل کل، ظرفیت آنتی اکسیدانی، قندهای محلول و پرولین در سطح شوری 8/4 گرم در لیتر و کمترین محتوی پراکسید هیدروژن، مالون دی‌آلدئید، سایر آلدئیدها و قندهای نامحلول در دو سطوح شوری 6/3 و 8/4 گرم در لیتر در رقم ’شاهرود 12‘، مشاهده شد. از میان ژنوتیپ‌های مورد مطالعه، رقم ’شاهرود 12‘، به عنوان متحمل‌ترین رقم به شوری تشخیص داده شد.}, keywords_fa = {بادام,تنش شوری,پرولین,قندهای محلول و نامحلول,آنزیم‌های کاتالاز و پراکسیداز}, url = {https://jci.ut.ac.ir/article_67161.html}, eprint = {https://jci.ut.ac.ir/article_67161_44017820d6f9cff800ecb2f4c879eb7a.pdf} }
