Main plot included three different tillage system; 1( conventional (mold board plough, chisel plough and disk), 2 (minimum tillage (chisel plough and disk) and 3( zero tillage (disk) and subplots comprised eight different combinations of organic and chemical fertilizer; 1) control, i.e. without any dose of manure and fertilizers, 2) 25 kg N ha-1, 3) 10 ton vermicompost ha-1, 4) 20 ton cow manure ha-1, 5) 20 ton municipal solid waste compost ha-1, 6) 50 percent dose of chemical fertilizer (N) + 50 percent vermicompost, 7) 50 percent dose of chemical fertilizer (N) + 50 percent cow manure and 8) 50 percent dose of chemical fertilizer (N) + 50 percent compost. Results indicated that the highest grain yield (81.53 g/m-2) and biological yield (210.41 g/m-2) achieved in minimum tillage and application of cow manure, while the least quantities of these parameters was observed in zero tillage and control. In addition, the greatest essential oil percentage and yield attained in minimum tillage and application of 10 ton vermicompost, which was 25 and 28 percent greater than control. The results suggested that to improve the quantitative and qualitative characteristics of cumin application of manure and vermicompost along with minimum tillage is recommended.}, keywords = {Ecological agriculture,Essential oil,medicinal plants,Municipal solid waste compost,Zero tillage}, title_fa = {تأثیر سیستم‌های مختلف خاک‌ورزی و انواع کود بر ویژگی‏های کمی و کیفی زیره سبز}, abstract_fa = {به‌منظور بررسی تأثیر سیستم‌های مختلف خاک‌ورزی و انواع کود بر ویژگی‏های کمی و کیفی زیره سبز، آزمایشی به‌صورت کرت‌های خرد شده در قالب طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در مزرعه تحقیقاتی شهرستان دلفان در سال زراعی 1394-95 انجام گرفت. عامل اصلی شامل سه سیستم مختلف خاک‌ورزی؛ (1) خاک‌ورزی متداول (گاوآهن برگردان‌دار، پنجه‌غازی و دیسک)، (2) خاک‌ورزی حداقل (پنجه‌غازی و دیسک) و (3) بدون خاک‌ورزی (دیسک) و عامل فرعی شامل کودهای آلی و شیمیایی در 8 سطح؛ (1) شاهد، (2) 25 کیلوگرم کود شیمیایی نیتروژن، (3) 10 تن ورمی‌کمپوست، (4) 20 تن کود گاوی، (5) 20 تن کمپوست زباله شهری، (6) 50 درصد کود شیمیایی + 50 درصد ورمی‌کمپوست، (7) 50 درصد کود شیمیایی + 50 درصد کود گاوی و (8) 50 درصد کود شیمیایی + 50 درصد کمپوست زباله شهری می‌باشد. نتایج نشان داد که بالاترین عملکرد دانه (53/81 گرم در متر مربع) و عملکرد بیولوژیک (41/210 گرم در متر مربع) مربوط به سیستم خاک‌ورزی حداقل و مصرف کود گاوی بود و کمترین آن‌ها نیز در سیستم بدون خاک‌ورزی و تیمار شاهد به‏دست آمد. همچنین، بیشترین درصد و عملکرد اسانس در سیستم خاک‌ورزی حداقل و مصرف 10 تن ورمی‌کمپوست در هکتار به‏دست آمد که نسبت به سیستم بدون خاک‌ورزی و تیمار شاهد به‏ترتیب 25 و 28 درصد افزایش را نشان داد. می‌توان نتیجه‌گیری کرد که برای افزایش و بهبود ویژگی‏های کمی و کیفی زیره سبز کاربرد کود گاوی و ورمی‌کمپوست در قالب خاک‌ورزی حداقل قابل توصیه است.}, keywords_fa = {اسانس,بدون خاکورزی,کشاورزی اکولوژیک,کمپوست زباله شهری,گیاهان دارویی}, url = {https://jci.ut.ac.ir/article_67069.html}, eprint = {https://jci.ut.ac.ir/article_67069_5c20796924f3b2277f4c20c231f2a7d3.pdf} }
