The purpose of this study was to evaluate different nonlinear regression models to study the trend of changes in leaf area index and dry matter production and to estimate the parameters related to the growth analysis. The experiment was conducted on faba bean "cv. Barkat" in a split-plot experiment based on randomized complete block design with three planting dates and four densities in four replications. In this study, the beta and logistic models were fitted to the leaf surface data and the beta, Gompertz and logistic models to dry matter production. AICc benchmark showed that the beta model was fitted to the leaf surface data the better than the logistic model. LAImax in different densities varied between 2.3 to 5.3, tm between 131.9 and 144.2, and te between 158.7 and 163.5 days after planting. AICc benchmark showed that the beta model was fitted to the dry matter accumulation data the better than the Gompertz and logistic models. Wmax in different densities varied between 725.1 and 1484.3 g/m2, tm between 138.3 and 146.4 and te between 162.60 and 179.0 days after planting. Grain yield varied from 231 to 2744 g/m2, and with increasing density in each planting date, grain yield showed the increased trend. The results showed that yield changes were directly affected by maximum leaf area index, maximum dry matter accumulation and crop growth rate.}, keywords = {AICc,Crop growth rate,Density,Evaluation,model}, title_fa = {پیش‌بینی تولید ماده خشک و سطح برگ گیاه باقلا در تاریخ کاشت و تراکم‌های مختلف}, abstract_fa = {برای آنالیز رشد گیاه در طول فصل رشد به داده‌های سطح برگ و تجمع مادة خشک نیاز است. استفاده از مدل‌های رگرسیون غیرخطی مثل بتا، لجستیک، گمپرتز، ریچاردز، نمایی‌خطی‌بریده و نمایی‌خطی‌متقارن به‌دلیل داشتن پارامتر‌هایی با مفهوم فیزیولوژیک در آنالیز رشد درحال گسترش هستند. هدف از انجام تحقیق حاضر، ارزیابی مدل‌های رگرسیونی غیرخطی مختلف، برای بررسی روند شاخص سطح برگ و تولید ماده خشک و برآورد پارامترهای مربوط به آنالیز رشد است. مطالعه روی گیاه باقلا رقم «برکت» به‌صورت طرح اسپلیت - پلات در قالب طرح پایة بلوک‌‌های کامل تصادفی، با سه تاریخ ‌کاشت و چهار تراکم در چهار تکرار در مزرعه تحقیقاتی دانشگاه علوم کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی گرگان اجرا شد. معیار AICc نشان داد که مدل بتا نسبت به مدل لجستیک برای داده‌های سطح برگ برازش بهتری داشت. طبق این مدل در تراکم‌های مختلف LAImax بین 3/2 تا 3/5، tm بین 9/131 تا 2/144 و te بین 7/158 تا 5/163 روز پس از کاشت متغیر بود. معیار AICc برای داده‌های تولید ماده خشک نشان داد که مدل بتا نسبت به مدل‌های گمپرتز و لجستیک در ارزیابی روند تولید ماده خشک بهتر بود. طبق این مدل Wmax در تراکم‌های مختلف بین 1/725 تا 3/1484 گرم در مترمربع، tm بین 3/138 تا 4/146 و te بین 6/162 تا 0/179 روز پس از کاشت متغیر بود. نتایج نشان داد عملکرد دانه از 231 تا 2744 گرم در مترمربع متغیر بود و با افزایش تراکم در هر تاریخ کاشت عملکرد دانه روند افزایشی نشان داد. تغییرات عملکرد تحت تأثیر مستقیم حداکثر شاخص سطح برگ، حداکثر تجمع ماده خشک و سرعت رشد محصول قرار گرفت..}, keywords_fa = {AICc,Crop growth rate,Density,Evaluation,model}, url = {https://jci.ut.ac.ir/article_66209.html}, eprint = {https://jci.ut.ac.ir/article_66209_129fd8de81d4226a0c627688cccb1e62.pdf} }
