Different levels of water irrigation included full irrigation (control), every furrow irrigation and alternative furrow irrigation were measured assigned to main plot and foliar treatment included non-application of zinc (water sprayed (control), application of drop zinc sulfate (2/1000 lit. ha-1) and fast zinc sulfate (2/1000 lit. ha-1) and two sweet and super sweet corn hybrids by factors in sub plot. Results showed that irrigation patterns, application of the zinc and hybrids and their interaction were significant at 1% of probability in grain yield, grain protein, grain oil content, grain moisture content and proline content in leaves. The highest leaf proline content was observed in every furrow irrigation by 30.21 mg/g which it had 39.86% significant difference with full irrgiation by 21.60 mg/g. The highest grain content was observed in zinc fast foliar application by 28.50 mg/g, while in none zinc spray (control), this amount was reduced to 18.09 mg/g by 57.54% reducing. According to research, alternative irrigation and fast zinc spray on Challenger hybrid is recommendable in deficit water conditions.}, keywords = {Deficit irrigation,proline,sweet corn,Variety,Zinc}, title_fa = {تأثیر الگوی کم آبیاری تناوبی و محلول‌پاشی روی بر غنی‌سازی فیزیولوژیک دانه قابل کنسرو ذرت شیرین}, abstract_fa = {به‌منظور بررسی عملکرد و محتوای دانة دو هیبرید ذرت شیرین چیس و چلنجر در شرایط کم‌آبیاری و محلول‌پاشی با ترکیبات حاوی عنصر روی، آزمایشی به‌صورت اسپیلت پلات فاکتوریل در قالب بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در مزرعة تحقیقاتی دانشکدة کشاورزی دانشگاه آزاد اسلامی واحد اراک در سال‌های 1393و 1394 انجام شد. تیمار الگوی آبیاری در کرت‌های اصلی شامل آبیاری کامل مزرعه یا تمامی جویچه‌ها (شاهد)، آبیاری یک‌درمیان جویچه‌ها، آبیاری یک‌درمیان متناوب جویچه‌ها و در کرت‌های فرعی تیمار محلول‌پاشی با عنصر روی شامل عدم محلول‌پاشی (شاهد)، کاربرد سولفات روی زینک درآپ (دو در هزار لیتر)، کاربرد سولفات روی زینک فست (دو در هزار لیتر) و دو هیبرید ذرت به‌صورت فاکتوریل قرار گرفتند. نتایج نشان داد تأثیر الگوهای آبیاری، محلول‌پاشی روی، رقم و برهمکنش آن‌ها برعملکرد دانه، پروتئین دانه، روغن دانه، رطوبت دانه و پرولین برگ در سطح احتمال 1 درصد معنا‌دار بود. بالاترین میزان پرولین درروش آبیاری یک‌درمیان با میزان 21/30 میلی‌گرم بر گرم مشاهده شد که تفاوت معنا‌دار 86/39 درصد نسبت به روش آبیاری شاهد با میزان 60/21 میلی‌گرم بر گرم داشت. بالاترین میزان روی در دانه در تیمار کاربرد زینک فست به میزان 50/28 میلی‌گرم بر گرم مشاهده شد در حالی ‌که در تیمار عدم کاربرد روی این میزان به 09/18 میلی‌گرم بر گرم کاهش یافت. یعنی 54/57 درصد افت نشان داد. بر اساس نتایج این تحقیق، در شرایط کم‌آبی، استفاده از الگوی آبیاری تناوبی و محلول‌پاشی با زینک فست در تولید ذرت شیرین رقم چلنجر توصیه می‌شود.}, keywords_fa = {پرولین,ذرت شیرین,روی,کم آبیاری}, url = {https://jci.ut.ac.ir/article_66204.html}, eprint = {https://jci.ut.ac.ir/article_66204_7f36988fb46c6739676b41aff23a452d.pdf} }
