Peat often imported or derived from wetlands which have unfavorable environmental impacts. In order to evaluate the effects of the replacing vermicompost and perlite as casing soil instead of peat on growth and yield of the mushrooms (Agaricus bisporus), a factorial experiment was conducted on the randomized complete block design with three replications at Kosar mushroom farm in winter, 2015. Ten treatments in different ratios (volume percentage) of perlite: vermicompost: peat including T1 (0: 0: 100) T2: (0: 25: 75) T3: (12.5: 12.5: 75) T4: (16.7: 33.3: 50) T5 (25: 25: 50) T6: (18.5: 56.5: 25) T7 (25: 50: 25) T8: (37.5: 37.5: 25) T9: (33.3: 0: 66.7) T10 (50: 50: 0) were used. The maximum yield was obtained with T3 treatment with the average of 14.72 kg /m2 and the minimum yield was observed in T10 treatment with 9.43 kg/m2. The maximum and minimum numbers of harvested mushrooms were observed in treatment of T3 with 547 numbers and the treatment of T10 with the number of 244.67, respectively. For cap diameter, the treatment of T10 with an average of 5.9 cm had the maximum and the treatment of T9 with an average of 4.8 cm had the minimum cap diameter. For the average weight of individual mushroom, treatments of T10 and T3 with the average of 38 and 26 gr had the maximum and minimum weight of each mushroom, respectively. The results showed that T3 soil casing combination (12.5: 12.5: 75) can be replaced for peat.}, keywords = {Cap diameter,casing soil,mushroom weight,mycelium,pin head}, title_fa = {اثرات جایگزینی ورمی‌کمپوست و پرلیت با پیت به عنوان خاک پوششی بر رشد و عملکرد قارچ دکمه‌ای}, abstract_fa = {پیت به‏عنوان مهمترین منبع خاک پوششی در پرورش قارچ است. پیت اغلب وارداتی است یا از تالاب‌ها برداشت می‌شود که آثار سوء زیست‏محیطی را در پی دارد. بنابراین، به‌منظور بررسی آثار جایگزینی ورمی‌کمپوست و پرلیت به‏عنوان خاک پوششی با پیت بر رشد و عملکرد قارچ دکمه‌ای (Agaricus bisporus) آزمایشی به‏صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوک کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار در مزرعه پرورش قارچ کوثر شهرکرد در زمستان سال 1394 انجام شد. ده تیمار در نسبت‌های مختلف (درصد حجمی) پرلیت: ورمی‌کمپوست: پیت شامل T1 - (صفر: صفر: 100)،  T2- (صفر: 25: 75)، T3- (5/12: 5/12: 75)، T4- (7/16: 3/33: 50)، T5- (25: 25: 50)، T6- (5/18: 5/56: 25)، T7- (25: 50: 25)، T8- (5/37: 5/37: 25)، T9- (3/33: صفر: 7/66)، T10- (50: 50: صفر) استفاده شدند. بیشترین عملکرد با میانگین 72/14 کیلوگرم بر مترمربع در تیماره  T3(5/12: 5/12: 75) و کمترین عملکرد مربوط به تیمار T10 (50: 50: صفر) با 43/9 کیلوگرم بر مترمربع بود. بیشترین و کمترین تعداد قارچ‌های برداشت شده به‌ترتیب در تیمار T3(5/12: 5/12: 75) با 547 عدد و تیمار T10 (50: 50: صفر) با 67/244 عدد مشاهده شد. در صفت قطر کلاهک، تیمار T10 (50: 50: صفر) بیشترین قطر با میانگین 9/5 سانتی‌متر و تیمار T9 (3/33: صفر: 7/66) با میانگین 8/4 سانتی‌متر کمترین قطر را داشت. در صفت متوسط وزن هر قارچ، تیمارهای T10(50: 50: صفر) و  T3(5/12: 5/12: 75) به‌ترتیب با میانگین 38 و 26 گرم بیشترین و کمترین وزن هر قارچ را داشتند. نتایج نشان داد که ترکیب خاک پوششی T3 (5/12: 5/12: 75) می‌تواند جایگزین پیت شود.  }, keywords_fa = {ته‏ سنجاقی,خاک پوششی,قطر کلاهک,میسلیوم,وزن قارچ}, url = {https://jci.ut.ac.ir/article_65376.html}, eprint = {https://jci.ut.ac.ir/article_65376_2d1e98bf4a50984bf5c9cfed31fb8ce8.pdf} }
