According to the importance of coneflower in the production of secondary materials and also the effect of nutrient on the amount of secondary materials, a pot experiment was conducted with a completely randomized design six treatments and three replications in Sari University of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources in 2015. Treatments were included: chemical fertilizer (150 kg N, 120 kg P2O5 and 250 kg K2O per hectare from urea, triple super phosphate and potassium sulphate source, respectively) (CF), 30 t.ha-1 manure (M), 15 t.ha-1 M+25 percent CF, 15 t.ha-1 M+50 percent CF and 15 t.ha-1 M+75 percent CF and control (without applying chemical fertilizer and compost). Result indicated that all traits such as chlorophyll a and b, yield of anthocyanin and flavonoid in leaf and root, yield of total phenolic in flower and percentage of antioxidant activity in full bloom were affected by different fertilizer treatments. So that the maximum concentration of chlorophyll a and b (11.33 and 2.41 mg.gr-1 FW respectively) were related to the application of chemical fertilizer that with incorporation manure and chemical fertilizer (15 t.ha-1 M + 25 percent CF and 15 t.ha-1 M+75 percent CF) were statistically the same level. Meanwhile, the application of 30 t.ha-1 M had the greatest effect on anthocyanin and flavonoid in leaves and total phenolic of flower. Maximum antioxidant activity was obtained with using 15 t.ha-1 M+25 percent CF increased 10 percent and 80 percent compared to the control and CF treatments, respectively.}, keywords = {Anthocyanin,Antioxidant activity,Coneflower,flavonoid,Total phenolic}, title_fa = {اثر کود دامی و شیمیایی روی برخی خصوصیات فیزیولوژیکی و فیتوشیمیایی گیاه سرخارگل}, abstract_fa = {مواد ثانویه گیاهی نقش مهمی را در سلامت و تغذیه انسان ایفا میکنند. باتوجه به اهمیت گیاه سرخارگل در تولید مواد ثانویه و همچنین تأثیر مواد مغذی در میزان مواد ثانویه، آزمایشی به صورت گلدانی در قالب طرح کاملاً تصادفی با 6 تیمار و در 3 تکرار در دانشگاه علوم کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی ساری، در سال 1394 اجرا گردید. تیمارهای آزمایش شامل: کود شیمیایی (150 کیلوگرم نیتروژن، 120 کیلوگرم انیدرید فسفریک و 250 کیلوگرم اکسید پتاسیم در هکتار به ترتیب از منبع اوره، سوپرفسفات تریپل و سولفات پتاسیم)، 30 تن کود دامی در هکتار، 15 تن کود دامی + 25 درصد تیمار کود شیمیایی در هکتار، 15 تن کود دامی + 50 درصد تیمار کود شیمیایی در هکتار و 15 تن کود دامی + 75 درصد تیمار کود شیمیایی در هکتار و شاهد (بدون مصرف کودهای شیمیایی و دامی) بود. نتایج نشان داد که تمامی صفات اندازهگیری شده نظیر غلظت کلروفیل a و b، عملکرد آنتوسیانین و فلاونوئید برگ و ریشه، عملکرد فنل کل گل و درصد فعالیت آنتیاکسیدانی در مرحله تمامگل تحت تأثیر تیمارهای مختلف کودی قرار گرفت. به‌طوری‌که بیشترین غلظت کلروفیل a و b (به‌ترتیب 33/11 و 41/2 میلیگرم در گرم وزن تر) مربوط به کاربرد کود شیمیایی بود که با تیمارهای تلفیق کود دامی و شیمیایی (15 تن کود دامی به همراه 25 درصد تیمار کود شیمیایی و 15 تن کود دامی به همراه 75 درصد تیمار کود شیمیایی) از نظر آماری در یک سطح قرار داشت. همچنین، کاربرد 30 تن کود دامی در هکتار، بیشترین تأثیر را بر عملکرد آنتوسیانین و فلاونوئید برگ و ریشه و فنل کل گل داشته است. حداکثر فعالیت آنتیاکسیدانی نیز با کاربرد 15 تن کود دامی به همراه 25 درصد کود شیمیایی به‌دست آمد که نسبت به تیمارهای شاهد و کود شیمیایی به ترتیب 10 و 80 درصد افزایش نشان داد.}, keywords_fa = {آنتوسیانین,سرخارگل,فعالیت آنتی اکسیدانی,فلاونوئید,فنل کل}, url = {https://jci.ut.ac.ir/article_56631.html}, eprint = {https://jci.ut.ac.ir/article_56631_31dd31ed51e37f5c4c35eff26b487a30.pdf} }
