Therefore, the effect of spraying different concentrations of soybean oil and naphthalene acetic acid (NAA) on delaying bud break, altering internal atmosphere and cold hardiness in grape cultivar ‘Fakhri’ was studied in 2011 in a commercial vineyard in Maryanaj, Hamedan using a factorial trial based on randomized complete block design with three replications. Selected branches were pruned to six buds. The concentration of carbon dioxide and ethylene gases in the buds were measured three days after spraying. Results showed that spraying 10 percent soybean oil alone or in combination with 100 mg/l naphthalene acetic acid caused the highest concentration of carbon dioxide and ethylene in buds, delayed bud bursting for 12 days and improved cold resistance of buds by 5°C. Auxin had minor impact on delaying opening and increasing cold tolerance of buds, while five percent soybean oil alone or in combination with NAA had intermediate effect. Applying oil treatments in March had more considerable effect on delaying bud opening and CO2 and ethylene accumulation, compared to April spraying. It seems that applying soybean oil prolongs bud dormancy due to increasing respiratory gases accumulation which subsequently delays bud break and resulted in decreased spring frost damage.  }, keywords = {Auxin,Delay blooming,grape,Respiration,soybean oil,Spring frost}, title_fa = {اثر روغن‌ سویا و نفتالین‌استیک‌اسید در به تأخیر انداختن زمان باز شدن جوانه‌ها و کاهش خسارت سرمای بهاره در انگور رقم ’فخری‘}, abstract_fa = {به‌منظور بررسی اثر محلول‌پاشی (اول اسفند و اول فروردین) روغن سویا و نفتالین‌استیک‌اسید (NAA) در به تأخیر انداختن زمان شکوفایی جوانه‌ها و افزایش مقاومت به سرمای بهارۀ انگور رقم ’فخری‘، آزمایشی به‌صورت فاکتوریل در قالب طرح بلوک‌های کامل تصادفی در سه تکرار، در یک تاکستان تجاری شهر مریانج از توابع استان همدان، در سال 1390 انجام گرفت. غلظت دی‌اکسید کربن و اتیلن درون جوانه‌ها سه روز پس از محلول‌پاشی اندازه‌گیری شد. تیمارهای روغن سویای 10 درصد به‌تنهایی یا در ترکیب با NAA‌ 100 میلی‌گرم بر لیتر در اسفند، سبب بیشترین تجمع گازهای تنفسی درون جوانه‌ها و 12 روز تأخیر در باز شدن آنها و بیش از 5 درجۀ سانتی‌گراد افزایش مقاومت به سرمای جوانه‌ها در مقایسه با شاهد شدند. محلول‌پاشی تیمارهای NAA دارای آثار جزئی بر تأخیر در باز شدن جوانه‌ها و افزایش مقاومت به سرمای آنها بودند و تیمارهای روغن ‌سویای 5 درصد به‌تنهایی یا در ترکیب با NAA 200 میلی‌گرم بر لیتر حد واسط دو گروه قرار داشتند. محلول‌پاشی تیمارهای‌ روغن سویا در اسفند، آثار بهتری در به تأخیر انداختن شکوفایی جوانه‌ها و تجمع دی‌اکسید کربن و اتیلن درون آنها نسبت به فروردین داشت؛ ازاین‌رو کاربرد روغن سویا به‌دلیل افزایش غلظت گازهای تنفسی، سبب طولانی شدن رکود درون جوانه‌ها شده و در نهایت با به تأخیر انداختن زمان باز شدن جوانه‌ها، به کاهش آثار منفی سرمای بهاره می‌انجامد.}, keywords_fa = {اکسین,انگور,تأخیر گلدهی,تنفس,روغن سویا,سرمازدگی}, url = {https://jci.ut.ac.ir/article_55186.html}, eprint = {https://jci.ut.ac.ir/article_55186_c0a9f4d79da9c954a1632bdc3a88d445.pdf} }
