Treatments were gamma rays from cobalt-60 on chamomile seeds cv. ‘Bodegold’ (zero, four, eight, 12, 16, and 20 Gray) and different levels of nitrogen (zero, 50, 100, and 150 kg/ha, urea after appearance of the 4th leaf). The highest leaf dry weight per plant (12.5 g) and per hectare (4194 kg/ha), stem dry weight per plant (49 g) and biomass (19995 kg/ha) were obtained at 8 gray and 100, 100, 150, and 150 kg/ha of nitrogen. The highest dried flower yield at the second harvest (104 kg/ha) were obtained from 20 gray by 100 kg/ha nitrogen, and the yield of the third harvest (122 kg/ha) was from 20 gray of gamma irradiation. While, the highest flower yield at the first harvest (419 kg/ha) and total yield (533 kg/ha) were produced from 0 gray and 150 kg/ha nitrogen. Essential oil percent did not affected by treatments, but despite the significant interaction effect of gamma irradiation and nitrogen on the yield of essential oil, means comparison showed no significant differences among treatments. Yield of dried flower in the first harvest, had the greatest impact on the harvest index.    }, keywords = {Biomass,Cobalt60,Essential oil,urea,yield}, title_fa = {تأثیر پرتو گاما پیش از جوانه‌زنی و سطوح مختلف نیتروژن بر رشد و عملکرد بابونه آلمانی}, abstract_fa = {به‌منظور ارزیابی اثر تابش سطوح گاما پیش از جوانه‌زنی بذر و مقادیر نیتروژن بر رشد و عملکرد گیاه دارویی بابونۀ آلمانی (Chamomilla recutitasynonym Matricaria chamomilla)، یک آزمایش فاکتوریل بر پایة طرح بلوکهای کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار در مزرعة تحقیقاتی هنرستان کشاورزی شهید بهشتی ارومیه در سال 1389 اجرا شد. تیمارهای آزمایش شامل تابش گاما حاصل از کبالت 60 روی بذرهای بابونۀ آلمانی (صفر، 4، 8، 12، 16 و 20 گری) و مقادیر نیتروژن (صفر، 50، 100 و 150 کیلوگرم در هکتار به‌صورت اوره و پس از چهاربرگه شدن گیاه) بود. بیشترین وزن خشک برگ در بوته (5/12 گرم) و در واحد سطح (4194 کیلوگرم در هکتار)، وزن خشک ساقه در بوته (49 گرم) و عملکرد بیولوژیک (19995 کیلوگرم در هکتار) از تابش 8 گری و بهترتیب مقادیر 100، 100 و 150 کیلوگرم در هکتار نیتروژن بهدست آمد. بیشترین عملکرد کاپیتول در برداشت دوم (104 کیلوگرم در هکتار) از تابش 20 گری و 100 کیلوگرم در هکتار نیتروژن، عملکرد گل در برداشت سوم (122 کیلوگرم در هکتار) از تابش 20 گری و عملکرد گل در برداشت اول (419 کیلوگرم در هکتار) و مجموع سه برداشت (533 کیلوگرم در هکتار) و در نتیجه بیشترین شاخص برداشت گل خشک (57/3 درصد) از بذرهای بدون دریافت تابش و مصرف 150 کیلوگرم در هکتار نیتروژن بهدست آمد. درصد اسانس تحت تأثیر تیمارهای آزمایش قرار نگرفت، ولی علیرغم اثر متقابل بین گاما و نیتروژن بر عملکرد اسانس، مقایسة میانگینها اختلاف معناداری بین ترکیبات تیماری نشان نداد. عملکرد گل در برداشت اول، بیشترین تأثیر را بر شاخص برداشت داشت. }, keywords_fa = {اوره,اسانس,بیوماس,عملکرد,کبالت 60}, url = {https://jci.ut.ac.ir/article_55182.html}, eprint = {https://jci.ut.ac.ir/article_55182_3be335838b9e7850252cef6e2dd70120.pdf} }
