Based on the results, both species of Glomus intraradices and Glomus mosseae significantly increased the grain yield whereas the treatment inoculated with G. intraradces produced maximum (0.080 kg/m2) and the treatment without inculation with mycorrhiza produced minimum (0.063 kg/m2) grain yield. Maximum (0.097 kg/m2) and minimum (0.050 kg/m2) grain yield were obtained in the treatment under water deficit stress and no-stress conditions, respectively. Maximum (0.097 kg/m2) and minimum (0.050 kg/m2) grain yield were obtained in the treatment under water deficit stress and no-stress conditions, respectively.                                                        }, keywords = {Aboveground dry weight,Grain yield,inoculation,Irrigation,Stem branch}, title_fa = {اثر قارچ میکوریزای آربوسکولار بر برخی صفات رویشی و عملکرد بزرک تحت تنش کم آبی}, abstract_fa = {به‌منظور بررسی تأثیر قارچ میکوریزای آربوسکولار بر بزرک در شرایط تنش کم­آبی، آزمایشی به‌صورت کرت­های خرد‌شده در قالب طرح بلوک­های کامل تصادفی با سه تکرار، در مزرعۀ تحقیقاتی دانشکدۀ کشاورزی دانشگاه شهرکرد در سال 1392 انجام گرفت. تنش کم­آبی در چهار سطح آبیاری براساس 100 (بدون تنش)، 75 (تنش ملایم)، 50 (تنش متوسط) و 25 (تنش شدید) درصد نیاز آبی گیاه، به‌عنوان فاکتور اصلی و تلقیح بذر گیاه بزرک با دو گونه میکوریزا شامل Glomus intraradices و Glomus mosseaeو یک تیمار بدون تلقیح میکوریزا به‌عنوان فاکتور فرعی، منظور شد. نتایج نشان داد که اثر تلقیح میکوریزا و تنش کم­آبی بر تمام صفات اندازه­گیری‌شده معنادار بود. اثر متقابل میکوریزا با تنش کم­آبی بر ارتفاع بوته و وزن خشک اندام هوایی معنادار بود. نتایج نشان داد کاربرد هر دو گونه میکوریزا موجب افزایش معنادار عملکرد دانه شد، به­طوری­که تیمار تلقیح‌شده با میکوریزای G. intraradices(080/0 کیلوگرم در متر مربع) بیشترین و تیمار بدون تلقیح با میکوریزا کم­ترین (063/0 کیلوگرم در متر مربع) عملکرد دانه را تولید کرد. بیشترین (097/0 کیلوگرم در متر مربع) و کمترین (050/0 کیلوگرم در متر مربع) عملکرد دانه به‌ترتیب در تیمار بدون تنش کم­آبی و تیمار تنش شدید کم­آبی به­دست آمد.      }, keywords_fa = {آبیاری,تلقیح,شاخه فرعی,عملکرد دانه,وزن خشک اندام هوایی}, url = {https://jci.ut.ac.ir/article_54374.html}, eprint = {https://jci.ut.ac.ir/article_54374_dab577012612dacad871686239579f24.pdf} }
