In this experiment, different osmoticpotentials (0, -3, -6 and -9 bar) and also different temperatures (20, 25, 30 and 35 centigrade degree) wereused. In this research, the percentage and rate of germination, the length of radicle and plumule, lengthratio of radicle and plumule and seed vigor characteristics has been measured. The results showed a verysignificant effect of salt levels, osmotic potential and temperature on the above characteristics. The meancomparison for percentage and rate of germination characteristics showed that calcium chloride with 63%and 7.11 respectively had a significant difference with sodium chloride with 50% and 1.70. The highestpercent and rate of germination were seen in -3 bar osmotic potential made by calcium chloride in 25centigrade degree. The highest length of radicle and vigor was in -3 bar osmotic potential made bycalcium chloride in 20 centigrade degree. The highest length of plumule was seen in both sodium chlorideand calcium chloride in 0 bar (control) osmotic potential and 30 centigrade degree. Generally while theosmotic potential increases and temperature goes up to 30 centigrade degree all the characteristics insodium chloride and calcium chloride had a remarkable reduction. Also increment of high temperatureshad more harmful effects in NaCl than CaCl2. Study the Hyssop plant response to different levels ofsalinity and temperature on germination stage, it will assist farmers in establishment and desirableproduction.}, keywords = {CaCl2,germination stage,NaCl,salt stress,temperature}, title_fa = {بررسی اثر شوری و دما بر جوانه زنی بذر گیاه دارویی زوفا}, abstract_fa = {بهمنظور بررسی تأثیرات توأم تنش شوری حاصل از کلرید سدیم و کلرید کلسیم و دما بر خصوصیات جوانه‌زنی گیاه دارویی زوفا (Hyssopus officinalis)، آزمایشی به‌صورت فاکتوریل بر پایة طرح کاملاً تصادفی با پتانسیل‌های مختلف اسمزی (صفر، 3-، 6- و 9- بار) در دماهای متفاوت، 20، 25، 30 و 35 درجة سانتی‌گراد، با سه تکرار در آزمایشگاه مرکز تحقیقات کشاورزی و منابع طبیعی استان خراسان رضوی، در سال 1389، انجام شد. در این تحقیق صفات درصد و سرعت جوانه‌زنی، طول ریشه‌چه و ساقه‌چه، نسبت طول ریشه‌چه به ساقه‌چه و بنیة بذر اندازه‌گیری شد. نتایج نشان داد اثر سطوح مختلف نمک، پتانسیل اسمزی و دما بر همة صفات مورد مطالعه بسیار معنی‌دار شد. مقایسة میانگین‌ها برای صفات درصد و سرعت جوانه‌زنی نشان داد که نمک کلرید کلسیم به‌ترتیب با 63 درصد و 11/7 نسبت به کلرید سدیم با 50 درصد و 70/1 اختلاف معنی‌داری داشت. بالاترین درصد و سرعت جوانه‌زنی در تیمار کلرید کلسیم و پتانسیل اسمزی 3- بار با دمای 25 درجة سانتی‌گراد مشاهده شد. بیشترین طول ریشه‌چه و بنیة بذر نیز در تیمار کلرید کلسیم و پتانسیل اسمزی 3- بار با دمای 20 درجة سانتی‌گراد مشاهده شد. بیشترین طول ساقه‌چه در تیمارهای کلرید سدیم و کلرید کلسیم با پتانسیل اسمزی شاهد (آب مقطر) و دمای 30 درجة سانتی‌گراد وجود داشت. به‌طور کلی با افزایش پتانسیل اسمزی و نیز دمای بالاتر از 30 درجة سانتی‌گراد همة صفات در هر دو محلول نمک به‌طور معنی‌داری کاهش یافت. با وجود این اثرات سوء، افزایش دماهای بالا در نمک کلرید سدیم به مراتب بیشتر از کلرید کلسیم بود. بررسی پاسخ گیاه زوفا به سطوح مختلف تنش شوری و دما در مرحلة جوانه‌زنی، کشاورزان را در استقرار و تولید مطلوب آن یاری خواهد کرد.}, keywords_fa = {تنش شوری,درجه حرارت,کلرید سدیم,کلرید کلسیم,مرحله جوانه‌زنی}, url = {https://jci.ut.ac.ir/article_36393.html}, eprint = {https://jci.ut.ac.ir/article_36393_694d2d490281b843ee7b89626431bf98.pdf} }
